Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to ensure a successful processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original designer tags and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
